TABLE TENNIS.

Mount Gambier retained the Under 14 shield with a convincing performance at Horsham last weekend. The team of James Gurry, Gary Auhl Jnr., Josh Jantosh and Tyrone Pilven dominated the competition defeating Horsham 10-0, Hamilton 9-1 and Warrnambool 10-0. Most of these players go to the higher age group next year, so selectors and coaches are already on the lookout for promising juniors to form development squads in both boys and girls.

Mount Gambier Table Tennis club are sending good numbers to compete in the South Australian Country Championships to be held in Adelaide over the coming long weekend. Teams announced by the selectors are:-
