Autumn Season Final Results.

 

A Grade:

Jags d Sonics 6-2;

Top of the table team Jags comprising of Graeme Shelton, Steve Maynard and Josh Jantosh. Come out victors over Sonics team of Robert Attiwill, Munawer Rana and Ronald Reid, with Graeme Shelton hitting good form when it counts, taking his team on to a big win.

 

B1 Grade:

Nighthawks d The Crunchers 7-4;

Big hitting Nighthawks team comprising of Jon Aston, Ronald Reid and Sarah Pilven were too strong for the The Crunchers team of Nick Aston, Coehen Keppels and Kyle Newlyn. Jon Aston finishing up undefeated for the season for his team. The telling factor of the win for the Nighthawks was their ability to win both doubles on the night. 

 

B2 Grade:

Monsters d Different Strokes 6-5;

This final seen the Monsters team of Simon Hanson and Tyrone Pilven, playing one player down to take out a unlikely victory against Different strokes team of Tom Seath, Rayelene Flynn and Bernie Crute. Hanson playing top class table tennis to win all three of his singles on the night.

 

C Grade:

Team 4 d Greenday 6-5;

This seen the closest final of the autumn season. With Team 4 team of Alex McGregor, Alex Vanheeswyk and Zac Comey scraping against Greenday team of Riley Glynn, Melva Pearson and Matt Beck. The telling factor was Zac Comey’s 19-17 victory in the 5th game against the unlucky Riley Glynn. Consistent effort was shown by Alex McGregor to win all three of his singles on the night.

 

Junior Novice Div1:

Green d Orange 6-3;

Green team comprising of Hayden Sanders, Lachie Charlton and Ivan Heenan were too strong for Orange team of Ben Thiel, Josh Justice and Nathan Schubert. With the player of the night going to Hayden Sanders for winning all three of his singles matches. Most improved trophy winner for the season went to Nathan Schubert, Just edging out players like Todd Von Duve, Ivan Heenan, Sam Fairlie and Hayden Sanders to take out the award.

Major singles winners for autumn Junior season are as followed:

Chandler Jantosh 27/4, Hayden Sanders 22/6, Ivan Heenan 22/9, Todd Von Duve 21/6, Bianca Terry 21/9 and Nathan Schubert 18/6.

Winter season starting date with B grade matches on Tuesday 20th July.
